About Me

After years of trying to get fit on my own, training for half marathons and not seeing the results I wanted I gave up.

Then I was invited to a challenge group and felt like giving this one more try.

After just 21 days I lost 9LBS, which is more than what I could have ever hoped for.

I am currently on round 2 and lost an additional 5 LBS. Only 7 away from my goal.

I want to help others feel better about themselves, get their self confidence back and be healthy.
